We provide a single rate for the trip which includes all flights, accommodations and meals, entrance fees to educational and other sites, all activities, all services, speakers, taxes, etc. - in short, everything. This method allows you to know the actual cost of the program without any additional costs added on and without any hidden surprises to deal with later. |

Tour Educators
Our Tour Educators is what makes EST stand out as the leading educational travel company. We chose the Tour Educators with great care and attention. He or she has been involved in informal education and is knowledgeable in a wide range of subjects relevant to your trip. They will plan activities for your group to insure that the trip is educational and fun! Also, the Tour Educator is in charge of the logistics of the program so you can sit back and enjoy the trip as well! |

Accommodations
We chose our hotels carefully to create a a safe and comfortable environment. Accommodations are provided on the basis of 3-4 participants sharing a room (staff 2 sharing a room). All rooms are air-conditioned with facilities en-suite. Classrooms and equipment are available at all locations, to enable us to hold educational and cultural activities. |

Transportation
Transportation is by modern air-conditioned motor coaches. The buses we use usually have a TV and video. All are fully licensed and insured. |

Meals and Food
We are very proud that food has never been an issue on any of our trips. We take great effort in offering a wide variety of dishes to choose from. All menus for meals are carefully chosen to provide food suitable for the group as well as a taste of local cuisine. Vegetarian, dairy and Kosher food is available. |

Safety and Security is our top concern
Educational School Tours’ policy on safety and security is paramount when planning and running a trip. We will not operate a program (or components of one) if we are not convinced that there is anything that might compromise the safety and security of the participants. Our President’s credo is that he, as a parent, will not do anything with your students that her would not do with his own daughters. The Tour Educator is in constant contact with the head office and checks with the local authorities regarding any issues that might interfere with the trip. |

Peer Interaction, Community Service and Participation in Local Events
We look for opportunities to allow your students to become familiar with the local cultures and customs of the places they visit. This can be achieved by meeting with local peers. All are contacted and coordinated in advance to allow you to approve of the programs. This is also a great chance for your student to both help out and earn thanks form the communities they visit by participating in a local community service activity. A great way to get to understand local traditions is to take an active part in the their festivities and ceremonies. We will look for important events for your student to participate in during their trip. |

We will be pleased to build a special EST website that serves as an online resource for parents and friends. The site includes itinerary and hotel contact information for the group as well as digital photographs which are posted as the group tours and messages posted by the participants.
